Welcome to Security Addict, Inc. and our product Zerocrat. By accessing or using Zerocrat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

Subscription and payment
- Subscription: Access to Zerocrat requires a subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are described on our website.
- Payment Processing: All payment information is processed securely by Stripe. For details on how Stripe handles your data, please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Use of service
- Permitted Use: You may use Zerocrat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use Zerocrat to engage in any illegal activities or activities that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
- Ownership: All content and materials on Zerocrat, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Security Addict, Inc.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Zerocrat for personal or internal business purposes.
User responsibilities

Termination

- Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.
Limitation of liability
- No Warranty: Zerocrat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Security Addict, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Zerocrat.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Security Addict, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Zerocrat or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of Zerocrat after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
